Researchers of ILIAS Biologics published a new paper in Pharmaceutics. This publication presents the biodistribution and pharmacokinetics study of ILB-202, ILIAS's lead pipeline, labeled with 89Zr radioisotope in mice and rats.

Studies have shown that exosomes are mainly distributed in the liver, spleen, and kidney but are rapidly cleared from the blood circulation.

ILIAS leveraged this data to get HREC's Phase 1 clinical trial approval.
