ILIAS Biologics Inc.'s researchers recently published the review paper ‘Strategies for Targeted Delivery of Exosomes to the Brain: Advantages and Challenges' in Pharmaceutics.

This review paper describes current engineering strategies for delivering therapeutics across the BBB and introduces recent advances in the targeted delivery of exosomes to the brain. 

This article also highlights brain-targeting effect of exosomes engineered by Exo-Target technology developed by ILIAS.
